Our workflow

  • Upon choosing your desired plan, you'll receive a warmly crafted welcome email in your inbox, complete with initial details and payment confirmation. This email will also prepare you for our introductory video call, where we'll have the opportunity to connect and discuss your design aspirations.

  • Following our initial meeting, you'll receive a comprehensive post-meeting brief, designed to capture your business's unique identity and your ideal design perspectives. This brief allows you to share your ideas, preferences, and any other important details that will guide our creative process. Additionally, you'll gain access to a private Google Drive folder, where you can securely share relevant documents, reference images, photos, and any other files that will inspire and inform our work.

  • At this stage, we'll assign you a unique account manager, who will be your dedicated point of contact throughout our partnership. We'll establish a dedicated Asana channel, where you can submit your daily design requests, track progress, and set delivery dates for each piece. This channel will serve as a centralized hub for all communication, allowing you to add, share, or comment on any aspect of your design projects with ease.

  • With your vision and preferences in mind, our team of skilled designers will bring your ideas to life, working on your design requests one piece at a time. We understand the importance of total satisfaction, which is why our process includes free, unlimited revisions. Your designs will be delivered within 48 hours tops, from Monday to Friday, ensuring a seamless and timely workflow. Once you've approved the final design, we'll upload the files to your private drive, ready for immediate use. Then, without delay, we'll restart the clock and automatically begin working on your next request, ensuring a continuous flow of pieces.

OUR STAGES

  • After submitting a new request, it will be placed in a queue. Your dedicated account agent will meticulously review your initial brief and specific task details to ensure that your requirements are clear and complete. This is crucial for an exceptional design experience.

  • Once an active slot becomes available on your account, your account agent will provide you with the anticipated time range for delivery. At this point, your order will be assigned to one of our talented designers, and the status will update to "In Progress," signaling the starting of the creative process.

  • When the initial design is ready, the status will change to "For Review." Your account agent will share a preview image directly in your dedicated Asana task channel, allowing you to provide feedback, commentaries, or request revisions if necessary. If you're satisfied with the design, you can request that we mark it as Completed.

  • Once you've approved the requested piece, your account agent will add the respective raw file with the final version (and its format variants, if necessary) directly to your private folder in Google Drive. This folder serves as a secure repository, where your completed designs will remain stored for up to 3 months, ensuring easy access and organization.

  • If you request changes to the design, the task status will move to "In Revision." During this phase, our designers will work diligently to incorporate your feedback and refine the design until it meets your expectations, at which point it will be marked as Completed after your confirmation.

  • At Nagoya Studio, we understand that your design needs may fluctuate from month to month. That's why our subscription plan offers a convenient pause feature, ensuring that you only pay for the services you actually utilize.

    Here's how it works: Our billing cycles are based on 31-day periods. If you sign up and use our service for, let's say, 21 days, but then need to pause your subscription, we'll simply put your billing cycle on hold. This means that you'll have 10 days of service remaining, which you can use anytime in the future when your design needs ramp up again.

    With this flexible approach, you can seamlessly pause and resume your subscription, ensuring that you never pay for design resources you're not actively using. We're committed to providing a cost-effective and adaptable solution that aligns with the dynamic nature of your business.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for our design services. This policy is in place due to the digital nature, fast process, and tailored features of our work. Our team dedicates significant time and effort to crafting personalized designs that align with your specific requirements. However, we prioritize open communication and collaboration throughout the design process. If you ever need revisions or have concerns, our team is readily available to address your feedback and make the necessary adjustments until you are completely satisfied.

  • We prioritize your convenience and security when it comes to payments. That's why we partner with PayPal, a trusted and globally recognized payment processing service, to ensure a seamless and secure transaction experience.

    One of the advantages of using PayPal is its automatic currency detection feature. You don't need to worry about confusing exchange rate calculations or conversions. At the same time when you visit our site, the system will automatically detect and display prices in your local currency based on your location and browser settings.
